FAQ

We provide up to 2 loads of laundry free per household (that means, you can have 2 single load machines if you want to separate your darks and lights OR you can get 1 front load machine to wash everything in one machine) front load machines are assigned by household/family size

Yes, we provide laundry detergent during wash with care.

We ask for a first name, number of people in household/family, and housing status.

Drop off on Wednesday between 8am-11:45am and pick up on Thursday between 10am-11:55am

Any laundry not picked up on Thursday is held for up to 4 weeks, after 4 weeks we donate them to our clothing closet.

In Phoenix donations can be dropped off on Wednesdays between 8am-12pm and Thursdays 10am-12pm.

In Mesa donations can be dropped off Sunday-Saturday 8am-6pm.

Yes, we can provide you with a donation receipt for items donated.
